I've decided to list ideas for niches, to hopefully help get the creative juices flowing. Hopefully this can turn into a regular feature on the Niche Store Now blog.

Tonight's featured niche is vacuum cleaners.

Every household has a vacuum cleaner and people are always sucked in to pitches for a more powerful vacuum with more cleaning power than their old vacuum cleaner. Top vacuum cleaners these days are selling for several hundred dollars, so there is a decent commission to be made.

Keywords that could be targeted include: cordless vacuum, best vacuum, hepa vacuum, hoover vacuum, canister vacuum, miele vacuum, dyson vacuum. You may want to narrow your niche even more by focusing on one brand of vacuum cleaner and writing reviews on each particular model.

As an idea of what not to do, see my Dyson Vacuum Store. This store is lacking in the original content department. I really need to go back and fix this one up. If I were to work on this one, I would add a blog to the site, with reviews of each particular model.

With the holiday season approaching, vacuum cleaners could be a great gift idea!
